Accountabilities Inc. (OTCBB: ACBT.OB) is now Corporate Resource Services Inc.

The company announced it reorganized into a holding company with Accountabilities as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Corporate Resource Services plans to apply for a new ticker symbol for trading on the over-the-counter bulletin board. It will continue trading under the symbol ACBT.OB until that time.

The company also announced it will issue more than 3.6 million shares of stock to Tri-State Employment Services Inc. in exchange for making a payment of $545,000 to a third party in a settlement of a disputed amount and for Tri-State's lead in negotiating with the third party.

Based in New York, the company provides industrial as well as office/clerical staffing.
