AccountAbilities Inc. (Pink Sheets: ACBT.PK), a Manalapan NJ-based provider of financial staffing, said it's moving to arrange for a ticker symbol to trade its stock on the OTC Bulletin Board and terminating its merger plans with Hyperion Energy Inc. The company said Wednesday it filed a form 10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to register its stock.

"After reviewing the different avenues that AccountAbilities could take to become a reporting company and arrange for inclusion of its common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board, management concluded that the company and its shareholders would be better served by pursuing another route through the filing of our form 10 registration statement," said AccountAbilities President Allan Hartley.
