Abbott Staffing Companies said Shelle Kulik was named president and CEO. Kulik has been with the company for 23 years and most recently served as president and COO. Under her watch, the company expanded to four specialty branches and eight Abigail Abbott branches throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and other counties in Southern California.
