ATC Healthcare Inc. (AMEX: AHN) said it won't contest plans by the American Stock Exchange to delist its stock. ATC said its shares will trade on the Pink Sheets.

The healthcare staffing firm said the delisting comes because it hasn't filed its quarterly reports for the quarters ended Aug. 31, 2007 and Nov. 30, 2007. In addition, its stock price has ranged from only nine cents to 28 cents per share over the past six months.

ATC said it will move to the over-the-counter bulletin board from the Pink Sheets once its quarterly filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission are up to date.
