ATC Healthcare Inc. (AMEX: AHN) said it wasn't able to file its second-quarter report for the period ending Aug. 31 by a Jan. 24 deadline imposed by the American Stock Exchange. The exchange notified the company on Oct. 24 that it didn't meet listing requirements without the filing.

The company said it requested a new deadline of Feb. 21, 2008, for filing its second-quarter report and a deadline of March 20, 2008, for its third-quarter report.
