The American Staffing Association kicked off National Staffing Employee Week today by announcing that Erin O'Connell is the national staffing employee of the year. O'Connell is a pediatric respiratory therapist with STAT Staffing Medical Services in Pittsburgh. She is presently on assignment at the Children's Institute of Pittsburgh. O'Connell will be honored on Oct. 24 during the Staffing World convention in San Diego.
