This is National Staffing Employee Week and the American Staffing Association announced that Agapito Soto is the national staffing employee of the year.

Soto works through Sapphire Technologies and is on assignment at the Orange County Sheriff's Department in California. He serves on the information technology and communications subcommittee of the department's terrorism working group which screens and recommends applications and equipment to ensure communications between agencies in the event of a disaster.
