ABR Employment Services, a Madison WI-based staffing firm, announced Monday it completed its acquisition of the Kinsa Group and iHobNob.com. The Kinsa Group is a Franklin WI-based executive search firm specializing in the food and beverage industry, and iHobNob.com is a job board for the food and beverage industry.

"We're looking to diversify in growing areas," said ABR CEO Jim McNett. And the food and beverage industry is sheltered a bit from the recession, McNett said.

Kinsa will keep its brand name. And, McNett said, ABR is looking to expand what Kinsa is doing and may grow into other industries.

ABR provides office/clerical and industrial staffing as well as some technical professional staffing.

Terms of the deal were not announced.
