Broadlane Inc. was the successful bidder for the assets of Symbio Solutions Inc., a vendor management system provider for the healthcare industry, according to a filing Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Symbio filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection earlier this month in a move the company said was aimed at facilitating a sale with net proceeds of a sale slated to go to creditors.
The sale, according to a court filing, includes VMS client agreements with Kaleida health, Baptist Health System of San Antonio, Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital and The Cooper Health System.
