Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a staffing provider based in Lancaster, Penn., hired Kevin Case as senior VP of its MSP/VMS subsidiary, The Chartwell Alliance Group. Case has more than 25 years of staffing and workforce management solutions experience and most recently was VP of nextSource’s manufacturing and energy practice group. 

Diversant LLC, a New Jersey-based IT staffing provider, appointed  Monty Wells as managing director for its Phoenix office and Ben Puckett as managing director for its Atlanta office. Wells has more than 15 years of recruiting industry experience in Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas. Puckett joined Diversant as VP of talent acquisition in 2013 and was later promoted to managing director for the Minnesota office location.

TriNet Group Inc. (NYSE: TNET), the fourth-largest US professional employer organization, appointed Edward Griese to the newly created role of senior VP of insurance services. Griese most recently was president and CEO of Health First Health Plans, a subsidiary of Health First Inc. that provides commercial and Medicare health plans for Health First’s health system in Central Florida. Previously, he was managing director and partner of global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal. Griese will report directly to TriNet’s President and CEO Burton Goldfield.

Infinity Consulting Solutions, a nationwide staffing firm headquartered in New York, announced Regional Director Gary Pfennig will lead its new branch in Houston. Pfennig is transferring from Chicago where he was formerly an IT practice area manager. Michelle LaVan will also transfer from Chicago to take the role of Houston recruitment manager.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced the following are operating new offices:

  • Blanca Covarrubias: Owner/strategic partner, Visalia, Calif.
  • Robert Atkinson: Owner/strategic partner, Conroe, Texas
  • Matt Ertle: Owner, Bend, Ore.
  • Monica Eboda: Owner/strategic partner, Wilmington, Del.

Legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa announced Michael Brogna joined the firm's in-house practice group in its New York office. His focus is on recruiting general counsels, chief compliance officers and other senior attorneys and compliance professionals for corporate clients in a variety of industries, with a strong focus on the financial services space Brogna previously served as VP, head of US corporate officers and infrastructure practice for The Omerta Group. Prior to working for The Omerta Group, he was a director with the Charles Sterling Group, where he led the firm's compliance and legal practices.
